Nov. 11-17 is Georgia American Legion Donor Center Blood Drive Week. All Legion family members are asked to donate blood. There will be a special Legion sign-in sheet so your local post can get credit for the donation. 

Please visit the state website (galegion.org) for a complete list of all donor centers in Georgia along with the address, days and hours open. Both whole blood and platelets are needed.

Atlanta Blood Services on Cobb Parkway, American Red Cross on Roswell Road and Blood Assurance in Cartersville are just a few of the donor centers listed on the website.

Please help and donate this week. Not a Legion member? No problem. Just have them credit your donation to your local Legion post.
