Oak Grove ES Fine Arts Academy recognizes positive behavior through its Kids With Character program. The program encourages all students to practice displaying good character, and if “caught” displaying good character by staff, they are recognized on the morning news and receive a Kid With Character T-shirt. Recent honorees include: Martin Hernandez, Daniel Lisuik, Michelle Mahibir, Max Mullinax, Samuel Wachira, Bryan Perez, Ruby Gomez, Brandon Gomez, Hector Padilla, Brady Roulier, Evelyn Ramirez, Taylor Moon, Saul Gonzalez, Kinsley Lowery, Sarahi Gaspar-Silva, Jenna Webb, Jordan Anderson, Daniel McEntyre, Jose Garcia, Dominic Alvarado, Jonathan Dye, Franklin Roork and Makanga Uruku.
