Traton Homes to Offer Cobb County Homes at Great Oaks Estates

Nestled near the shores of lakes Allatoona and Acworth, and situated amongst the historic charm of Cobb County, home buyers will find Traton Homes’ newest single-family home community, Great Oaks Estates. The community will open for sales in early February and will be located off of Old Stilesboro Road in Acworth. This beautiful enclave community will feature 22 Cobb County homes priced from the low-$300,000s.

The beautiful exteriors of these homes will feature brick, cedar shake and/or stone front exteriors with side-entry garages showcasing carriage-style doors. Upscale features and finishes highlight functional interiors with nine foot smooth ceilings on the main level, iron balusters, hardwood floors, and finished media rooms per plan. Gourmet kitchens are a chef’s dream with granite countertops, maple cabinetry, recessed lighting and stainless steel appliances. Spacious owner’s suites provide the perfect place to unwind with luxurious bathrooms that include large tiled showers, ceramic tile floors and maple cabinetry. Buyers can expect exceptional building quality as precision engineered framing ensures the structural integrity of each home. Homeowners will enjoy the outside as much as the interiors with homes situated on half-acre of larger homesites with sodded front, side and rear yards.

Great Oaks Estates’ prime Acworth location provides residents with the opportunity to enjoy great shopping and dining at nearby Town Center Mall and The Avenue at West Cobb. Residents looking to enjoy the beautiful Georgia weather will enjoy boating, fishing, camping, and more at lakes Allatoona and Acworth as well as hiking at Kennesaw Mountain.

Children at Great Oaks Estates will receive an excellent education attending Frey Elementary, Durham Middle and Allatoona High schools.

To visit this amazing community, take I-75 North to Barrett Parkway (Exit 269). Turn left onto Barrett Parkway and travel approximately 3.4 miles. Turn right onto Stilesboro Road and go 4.3 miles. Turn right onto Acworth Due West Road and go .8 miles. Turn left onto Old Stilesboro Road and Great Oaks Estates is located on the right.

Why do they build beautiful homes amongst shanty shacks? Homes that are falling apart, trailer and mobile homes. I wouldnt want to live in a fabulous subdivision and come out to the "ghetto" Builders build wherever they can find a piece of land and some people dont mind living next to eyesore homes

I'm sure the homes must be spectacular but why do builders build beautiful homes in subdivisions that are next to or across from shanty shacks? I know that I wouldnt want to leave a spectacular home and subdivision only to come out to homes that are abandoned or look like they should be !!! I wouldnt want friends to have to see eyesores before they come into my subdivision. Its an embarrassment !!
