Soon, historic downtown Acworth will again be filled with vegetables and plants straight from the farm.

The Acworth Farmer’s Market will begin its 2013 season on Friday, May 24, according to the Acworth Downtown Development Authority, which sponsors the market.

From 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., customers can head to Main Street for fresh baked pies, cakes, jams and more.

The 2013 season will run every Friday through Oct. 25.
