Occasional showers and possibly a thunderstorm are expected for tonight, with a low around 55.

  • The Mayor and the Board of Aldermen will hold their regular meeting at 7 p.m. at the City Hall. Click here for the agenda.
  • Local children’s book author, Angela Muse, will be appearing at the Local Author Expo from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Central Library located at 266 Roswell Street in Marietta this Saturday, March 3. This is a chance to meet local authors and support a great cause. Angela Muse will be signing and selling her latest children’s book, The Nutt Family: An Acorny Adventure. A portion of the proceeds from the book sales will be donated to the Friends of the Cobb County Library System.
