With the Falcons Out, Have Your Super Bowl Plans Changed?
The San Francisco 49ers will represent the NFC in the Super Bowl.
It would have been the perfect end to a dream season, the Atlanta Falcons facing the Ravens or New England Patriots in the Big Easy on Super Bowl Sunday.
But it was not to be.
After a strong start, the Falcons faded in the NFL Championship game on Sunday, giving up the lead to eventually fall 28-24 to the San Francisco 49ers. New England fans also were disappointed as the Baltimore Ravens head to the Super Bowl after defeating the Patriots 28-13 in the AFC Championship game on Sunday night.
So it will now be the San Francisco 49ers and the Baltimore Ravens that will be facing off in New Orleans on Feb. 3 for Super Bowl LXVII.
What does that do to your plans? Were you planning a trip to the Big Easy for the game or a big Super Bowl party with all your fellow Falcons fans? Will those plans now change or are your Super Bowl Sunday plans always the same, no matter who is playing?
