Visit the Acworth Petco at 3372 Cobb Pkwy. on Saturdays or Sundays from noon to 4 p.m. to adopt a dog or cat from the Etowah Valley Humane Society.

From Nov. 10-16, EVHS will offer a discounted rate ($25 off the regular adoption fee) to veterans and their families in honor of Veterans Day. Please bring your military ID with you.
