Advance Voting Available This Weekend

Weather

There's a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms during the day, with partly sunny skies and a high near 59, according to the National Weather Service. Wind is between 10 and 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph. Partly cloudy skies and a low around 32 are expected for tonight.

Happening

Voters are encouraged to take advantage of advance voting for the Presidential Preference Primary/Special Election. The actual Election Day is Tuesday, March 6, and advance voting is available 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday, through March 2.

Voting will also be available 9 a.m.-4 p.m. this Saturday. No reason is required and people may vote in person at Election's main office, in the West Park Government Center at 736 Whitlock Ave., Marietta. For more information, visit cobbcounty.org/elections. .
