100 Day Giant Panda Cub Celebration

Where: Zoo Atlanta, 800 Cherokee Ave, Atlanta, GA 30315

When: Feb. 15 (check website for updated details)

Why Go: This is the only giant panda cub born in the U.S. in 2010. Chinese tradition gives newborns a name after 100 days of life and his name will be revealed during this celebration.  And he’s sooo cute!

Pricing: Admission to zoo-adults (12+): $20.99, child (3-11): $15.99, child (2 & under): free, senior citizen (65+): $16.99,  military/student rate: $16.99, family membership: $99. Parking is free. 

■ Classic Stories with Miss Grace

Where: Barnes & Noble, The Avenue at West Cobb

Why Go: Reading classic stories like Goodnight Moon and Guess How Much I Love You as well as a craft and snack!
