April 3, 2008: Texas law enforcement cordons off the YFZ Ranch owned by the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (FLDS)β€”a Mormon organization whose members practice polygamy. Authorities removed 533 women and children from the property and took them into state custody.
