The 2013 Acworth Art Fest begins one month from today, and volunteers are needed.
Lots of them.
Two weeks into the process of signing up volunteers for the art fest, organizers say 141 shifts still need to be filled.
There's an incentive. Volunteers are automatically entered into a drawing for $25 shopping spree gift certificates. The certificates can be redeemed at the artist market during the art fest.

Organizers anticipate greater success at this year's art fest, scheduled for April 13 and 14. About 100 artists from around the country are expected to showcase their paintings, pottery, metalwork, folk art, glass, jewelry, yard art and more along Main Street.
Additionally, there will be activities for the kids and food from some of Acworth's most popular restaurants.
