Fashion & Art to Come Together at Acworth Gallery
Fashion designer Rachel Bick to host runway show at Gallery 4463.
Art and fashion will collide when Gallery 4463 in Acworth hosts a November show featuring some 30 artists' small works that include paintings, pottery, photography and glasswork all smaller in size and affordable.
The opening reception on Saturday, Nov. 2, from 6 to 9 p.m. features not only the artwork, but a runway fashion show with the work of Rachel Bick at 7 p.m.
The Christmas Shop will also open and includes jewelry, prints and small, unframed original works that make artistic gifts for the holidays.

New York designer Bick has a studio in the Gallery 4463 building. Her artistic vision come through in her clothing. She has exhibited at Madison Square Garden, the Metropolitan Museum of Modern Art and The Limelight. Her clients have included The Today Show and The History Channel.
"Small Works" runs from Oct. 30 through Nov. 24. Free refreshments will be available and attendees can mix and mingle with member artists.
