Less Is Not Always More...

Some people spend their entire lives avoiding symptoms and disease, but it's the wrong way to think about health.

I was conversing with an old friend yesterday about how most people view sickness and health. We very often get trapped in the avoidance mentality. Meaning, we simply want to live our lives to avoid getting sick or diseased. It's a minimalist viewpoint don't you think?

We spend so much time focusing on what we don't want that we ignore or forget to focus on what we do want.
