36 Years Doing Business in Acworth and Going Strong

The Acworth Wellness Center celebrated Wednesday 36 years of serving all kinds and ages of patients in Acworth.

Located at 2487 Cedarcrest Road, Suite 913, the Acworth Wellness Center is operated by Dr. Jim Di Blasi, who has been in practice locally since March 5, 1978 when he opened his first office.

Wrote Dr. Blasi on the Center's Facebook page Wednesday:

"Today is a very special day for me. In 1978 on March 5th, I opened my office just off Main St in Acworth, GA. Today, is my 36th anniversary for being in practice and still here in Acworth. I can remember having my first patient in private practice and she had to walk over the areas of carpet that were being glued together.

"It was exciting then and still is today. I want to thank all those people who gave me the chance to help them with their health problems over the years. I want to Thank all those that worked with me to serve our patients. God Bless You All. Dr. Jim"
