Company to Add 600 Jobs

company with operations in Kennesaw announced Thursday that it plans to hire 600 temps by end of the November.

Alorica, which specializes in customer management outsourcing solutions, said it needs full-time and part-time customer service representatives to handle incoming calls "for a reoccurring seasonal project."

The company will hold hiring job fairs Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at its call center, 2120 Barrett Park Dr., Kennesaw.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, general computer knowledge, good verbal communication and excellent customer service skills.

“The addition of the new positions to their already growing 1,200 in Cobb will surely benefit the Town Center Area CID, Cobb County and Georgia,” Cobb Chamber Vice President of Economic Development Brooks Mathis said after that July announcement. “We are thrilled to have a company such as Alorica that leads the industry in growth and has an impressive international footprint.”
