Delivering the freshest possible centerpiece to the popular Wednesday night boils, Chef Henry Chandler receives his crawfish live, straight from the beautiful Atchafalaya Basin in Louisiana: "They're live till we put 'em in the pot," he said. "It's a real Louisiana crawfish boil, right here in Georgia. They don’t get fresher than this!"

No authentic Louisiana boil would be complete without the staple sides: corn, potatoes and onions. At Henry's Louisiana Grill, Chef adds his own special spicy blend of seasonings. The complete feast is priced by the pound at market price.
