Certified Medical Assistant
WellStar Acworth Health Park is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant. Job duties include:
- Recognizes patient’s needs and symptoms in advance.
- Provides care for the patient under the physicians direction.
- Helps with patient/family education.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate competency and skills to serve patients of all ages including neonate, infant, child, adolescent, adult and geriatric populations. He/she may also draw blood, take and develop x-rays and performs EKGs with specialized training.
