Marketing Associate
Hercule's in Acworth is seeking a Marketing Associate. The position reports directly to the Business Manager, and acts as one of the Hercules on-site representative when the Business Manager is not present.
Job responsibilities include:
- Assist in rentals to insure maximum occupancy levels at established rates;
- Assist in collecting rents, depositing procedure, and all phases of paperwork and reporting procedures as assigned;
- Report any resident complaints, unusual occurrences or incidents;
- Work within established budget limitationsl
- Help insure compliance with financing programs such as tax credit, bond compliance and HUD.
