Five Alarm event honors first responders

Cobb EMC’s third annual Five Alarm, an appreciation luncheon for firefighters and emergency medical services crews, honored more than 100 first responders from communities across the cooperative’s nine-county service district.

The event kicked off with a welcome from board member Eric Broadwell followed by Brittney Price singing God Bless America and a National Anthem performance by Alexis and Camille Fish. During the char-grilled steak lunch, guests enjoyed live music from the Mars Hill Porch Pickers band.
