5 Things: Three Big Events in One Day

Here are the things you need to know before heading out the door on May 20.

3. Happening. Three big events will be taking place on Saturday in Acworth. The eventful day starts with the First Annual Acworth Get Fit 5K from 8:05 a.m. in the morning, featuring racing for children, families and serious runners at . Pro Wakeboard Tour: The main event will take place on Saturday from noon to 8 p.m. On land, fans will be able to experience great food and music, athlete autograph signings, chances to win free stuff, and shopping at the most cutting-edge stores for water-sports equipment including boats, wakeboards, wakeskates, sunglasses and the latest in wakeboarding and surfing fashions.
