Business Association Luncheon, Acworth Achievers Meet

Here are the things you should know before heading out the door Feb. 24.

1. Weather: There is a 20 percent chance of rain before 1 p.m. today, with mostly cloudy skies and a high temp near 67 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. Wind is between 10 and 15 mph with gusts as hugh as 20 mph. 3. Happening now: The Acworth Business Association (ABA) is holding its monthly luncheon today at NorthStar Church from 11:30 a.m. Sanford Chandler, president of is the speaker. Cost is $15 for ABA members, and $20 for non-members.

The will hold its regular session today from 4 p.m to 6. It is an educational assitance program that provides students with tutoring, mentoring, free Internet access for schoolwork needs. The group will meet at 4681 School St in Acworth.
