Chatt Tech Is No. 25
Community College Week recently released its top 100 list for 2-year colleges.
Chattahoochee Technical College, which has a campus in Acworth, made Community College Week's top 100 list for 2-year colleges, school spokeswoman Rebecca Long said.
Chatt Tech awarded 1,721 technical certificates during fiscal year 2013 in areas such as healthcare science, business and technical studies, which put the college at No. 25 on the magazine's top 100 list.
Of the top 50 producers of associate degrees in the area of sales, merchandising and marketing, Chatt Tech is No. 19. In the area of communications technology, technicians and support services, the school is No. 44.
