Girl Scouts Cookies, Anyone?

Here are the things you should know before heading out the door Feb. 15.

1. Weather: Today is mostly sunny, with a high near 61 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. Winds between 5 and 10 mph are expected, with a low temp around 35 degrees. Going into tonight, there will be cloudy skies with an east wind around 5 mph.

4. Ahead on Acworth Patch: It's time to get ready for the annual tradition of Girl Scout cookie booth sales at hundreds of locations, including shopping centers and offices. Today is extra-special for Georgia's Girl Scouts because Gov. Nathan Deal and the legislature are honoring the international organization as it kicks off the countdown to its 100th anniversary in 2012.
