Here are the things you should know before heading out the door Feb. 18.

1. Weather: It will be a very warm weekend with high temps in the 70s, according to the National Weather Service. Today is expected to be mostly sunny, with a high of 71 and a low of 47. Happening now: Online Registration for the 2011 Acworth Football and Cheerleading Association will begin Monday, Feb. 21 at 8 a.m. The AFCA provides competitive and instructional football and cheerleading opportunities for children between the ages of 5 and 12. Practice begins the first week in August and ends in early to middle November.
