Mr. Robert William “Bob” Garner, age 62, of Sandy Springs, GA, died Thursday, October 3, 2013. Bob was a 1969 graduate of Briarcliff High School and a 1973 UGA graduate. He was an avid Georgia Bulldog & Atlanta Braves fan and had a long career in banking and finance. He also had a soft spot for dogs, and often preferred their company. Bob is survived by 2 sisters, Marcia Garner Huddleston & Greg, of Johns Creek, GA & Nancy Garner Wroblewski & Michael of Milton, GA, and 1 niece, Megan Wroblewski & 2 nephews, Nick Huddleston & John Wroblewski. Bob was preceded in death by his parents William & Marian Garner. A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, October 13, 2013, 4-7 PM, at the clubhouse at Wildwood Springs subdivision, 11755 Wildwood Springs Dr., Roswell, GA, 30075.
