Community Update

Don't use theses guys they are horrible!!! I used J and R for years and was always un happy with how they would dump my trash can upside down which would leave trash all over my yard. The more serious issue I had which made me switch is when they went a week and a half with out picking up my garbage with no warning. I tried to call them and the number was busy during the day and would just ring and ring with no answer at night. I thought they had went out of business and went with another provider. As soon as I paid the other trash service, J and R had come and picked up my trash (after 2 weeks}. I tried calling them one last time, the girl answered this time and told me that they had a truck that was down. I told her my situation and said that if they would reimburse me for the $20 I had spent on the other company I would stay with them. She said I would have to call back later and talk to the owner. She said I will go ahead and cancel your service in the mean time! Wow!!! She did not try to save my business as a customer at all!!! I don't know how they stay in business with customer service like this! I did call back and left a message for the owner who never returned my call! What a terrible company. They lost my business and I will do my best to spread the word of how this company sucks!!!
