Cobb Man Accused of Molestation, Incest Sentenced to 40 years

The man who was accused of child molestation and incest was sentenced Monday in a Douglas County to 40 years, including 20 years behind bars.
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office posted the information on its Facebook page, saying Richard Cosden, also is facing charges in Cobb County.
The Douglas County Sentinel reported Cosden reached a non-negotiable plea on Monday in Douglas Superior Court.
