Man Allegedly Sends Acworth Teen Naked Photo of Teen's Mother

Cobb police have arrested a man who allegedly sent a 14-year-old Acworth child a naked picture of the teen's mother.

Jesse Lee Mullins repeatedly called and texted the woman despite warnings from the woman, her husband and police to cease all contact with the woman, police said.

Despite the warnings, he allegedly sent the naked picture to the woman and her child, according to an arrest warrant.

"The picture clearly showed the juvenile's mother sitting in a gynecologist's chair with her legs in the stirrups," according to the warrant, which does not specify who took the photo or how Mullins received the photo.

Mullins was arrested in Acworth at the intersection of Hickory Grove and Baker roads, according to online jail records. He faces two counts of possession of controlled substances as well as one count each of harassing phone calls and furnishing obscene materials to a minor electronically.

Mullins is in the Cobb County Adult Detention Center without bond.
