An officer who pursued a fleeing motorcylcist in Acworth ran over the biker, according to WSB-TV and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
The unidentified biker, who ran a stop sign and drove erratically when the chase began Friday night at Mars Hill and Hill roads in Acworth, was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The Acworth Police Department and the Cobb County Police Department have not released any information about the chase.
