City Council Paves the Way for Growler Stores, Passes Other Alcohol Amendments

Smyrna City Council voted last week to approve what City Administrator Eric Taylor called “the biggest overhaul we’ve had in our alcoholic beverage ordinance in quite some time.” Council approved several amendments to the city’s alcohol ordinance including one that allows for growler stores inside city limits.

East Cobb Crash Injures Children

Two Atlanta television stations are reporting that a three-vehicle accident on Holly Springs Road in East Cobb involved children.

Both 11 Alive and Fox 5 said a head-on collision occurred around 5 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Holly Springs Road and Porter Lane.
