Report: Cobb Man Secretly Taped Women and Kids in Bathroom
Police say man accused last year of using illegal recording devices to observe women and children using a Cobb bathroom, also videotaped women and kids at a Panama City, FL, resort condo bathroom in May 2012.
A Cobb father, who was arrested last fall after allegedly using illegal recording devices to observe women and children using a bathroom at The Overlook at Marietta Country Club subdivision, is now facing similar charges in Florida.
William Randolph Cushen III, of Little John Trail, was charged in November 2013 with two counts of felony sexual exploitation of children and nine counts of felony unlawful eavesdropping or surveillance.
CBS Atlanta reported Wednesday that Cobb police say the 35-year-old Cushen also videotaped women and kids at a Panama City, Fla., resort condo bathroom in May 2012.

Cobb authorities found seven videos from Florida while searching Cushen's computer according to the Atlanta news outlet.
U.S. Marshals were reportedly waiting on Cushen to arrive at a divorce hearing Wednesday for the purpose of extraditing him to Florida to face new charges.
