Georgia Congressman Jack Kingston will host a Second Amendment Rally on Saturday in Smyrna.

Kingston will meet with supporters, and discuss the importance of Second Amendment rights at the Adventure Outdoors store located at 2500 South Cobb Drive. The rally will take place at 2:30 p.m.

It’s now less than four weeks until the July 22 runoff between Rep. Kingston, of Savannah, and former Dollar General CEO David Perdue for the Republican nomination for a U.S. Senate seat from Georgia.

They are looking to replace Sen. Saxby Chambliss, who is retiring. The winner of next month’s runoff will face Democrat Michelle Nunn in the November general election.

How do you think things will shake out in the runoff? Who do you think will ultimately be facing Nunn in November and who will win? Let us know in the comment section below.

This is definitely more important than kissing babies for winning the primary. A few comments about an unconstitutional president, a few fake Thomas Jefferson quotes, and the phrase "They'll take away your guns" should seal the deal for the tin-foil hatted.

I couldn't make it to the event. Did everyone show up with an appropriate rifle, sidearm, and backup sidearm?
