A. Approval of September 20, 2012 Public Hearing/Regular Meeting Minutes.

B. Approval of Ordinance No. 2012-22 for amendments to Chapter 26, Cable Communications of the City of Acworth, Georgia, Code of Ordinances.

C. Approval of contract with Cobb County School District – “Success for All Students” Grant Project and acceptance of $15,000.00 donation to the Acworth Achievers Mentoring and After School Program and authorize Mayor to sign.

D. Approval for re-authorization of change order with Lewallen Construction Co., in an amount not to exceed $103,231.55 for construction services related to the Tanyard Creek Park Multi-use Trail Contract. All expenditures will be reimbursed through the Community Development Block Grant Program.

E. Approval of agreement with AMEC Environmental and Infrastructure, Inc. for professional services related to design work for the portion of the Tanyard Creek Park Multi-use Trail connecting the pedestrian bridge over Tanyard Creek to School Street and authorize the Mayor to sign. All expenditures will be reimbursed through the Community Development Block Grant Program.

F. Approval for Cub Scout Pack 350 to use Proctor Landing Park November 9, 2012 through November 11, 2012 for a family campout.

G. Approval for Cub Scout Pack 412 to use Proctor Landing Park November 2, 2012 through November 4, 2012 for a “Polar Bear Campout.”

H. Approval for the Marietta Pathfinders to use Proctor’s Landing Park November 16, 2012 through November 18, 2012 for a family campout.

I. Approval to authorize the Chief of Police to enter into an agreement with Georgia Quick Bail, Inc., to underwrite appearance bonds for inmates at the Acworth City Jail.

J. Approval of acquisition agreement and documents for ROW/Easements for 4849 & 4845 S. Main Street (Parcel # 20003202320 & 20003201900) for the Senator Russell Avenue Phase 2 Project.

K. Approval of Pole Attachment License Agreement for Distribution Poles with Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC. Electric Cities of Georgia negotiated terms for all ECG cities for consistency in joint use pole attachment rates and procedures. This agreement supersedes the existing Comcast Cable agreement. Authorize the Mayor to sign the twelve (12) year term agreement.
