Photos: Preview Day at Chatt Tech

Hundreds of prospective students learned more about ’s at the school's annual Preview Day.

The event featured representatives from its more than 75 programs of study, as well as financial aid, admissions, athletics and more. This event also marked the debut of the college’s six newest programs, which were highlighted for the prospective students.

New programs slated to begin this summer include Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the Marietta Campus and Broadcast Engineering Technology at the Mountain View Campus. This fall will bring Building and Facilities Maintenance Technology at Marietta, Clinical Laboratory Technology at Canton and Environmental Technology at the .

“We organized this event to let graduating high school seniors get an up close view of the school,” said Erin Hamby, director of recruitment and retention at Chattahoochee Technical College. “But it is also an opportunity for people who are already out in the work force to look at the possibilities for coming back to school."

The open house style event is an annual occurrence for the college. An estimated 200 prospective students attended this year’s Preview Day with their friends and family members.
