Roy Barnes, Bob Barr Among Those at Allatoona HS Career Day

Allatoona High School recently held a “Realization of Education” event where community leaders such as former Gov. Roy Barnes and former U.S. Congressman Bob Barr spoke to the students about how important their educational experiences are for the real world.

Said Barnes, “One of the reasons I like to come speak at events like this is to tell them that a temporary setback or temporary failure is not the end of the world and to work and they’ll accomplish great things.”
