Titus, the son of Scott and Wendy Titus of Kennesaw, wears his #24 jersey proudly as a linebacker and fullback for the NCCS Eagles this season. But, off the field, he has another intriguing job.

He began looking at websites which developed video games and gave it a try. He has been very successful, selling games to Addicting Games and, most recently, Nickelodeon and Disney. And, yes, he gets paid for his games.

"I'm always busy and I've had to learn to prioritize," said Titus, who serves on student government and keeps a 4.2 GPA "To keep up with everything and make good grades, it's pretty tough sometimes." Titus was recently named the Allstate "Good Hands" student athlete for NCCS, which is given to a student who is a leader on and off the field.

He credits his parents with encouragement and support. His dad showed him how to create games, and he also helps him with "legal stuff." His faith also plays an important part in his life. He is a member of Burnt Hickory Baptist Church.

Titus wants to attend Georgia Tech next fall and major in computer science. He said he wants to work in the gaming industry but wants to wait until it grows more and has staying power. His job right now? "I enjoy meeting kids who play my games and want to be a mentor to them," said Titus. "I have to set a good example."
