Basketball Tourney Results: Hiram Girls Win; Whitefield Falls

The Hiram Lady Hornets completed a triumphant trip to North Georgia by capturing the championship of the Alfa Insurance Mistletoe Madness at North Murray High with a 40-33 win over Elbert County.

The Whitefield Academy boys are coming home from Enterprise, AL, with their first loss of the season after falling to the host school in the championship game of the Enterprise Christmas Tournament, 58-55.
