Cobb County Track & Field Championships Wrap Monday

Here's what's happening in high school athletics in Acworth Patch on March 28.

Monday marks the second and final day of the Cobb County Track and Field Championships.

Allatoona, North Cobb and Harrison are entered in the 21-school event that's being held at Marietta High School beginning at 5 p.m. The Allatoona women sit in 11th place overall going into Monday, while the boys are in 12th place.

The North Cobb boys are sitting in ninth place, while the girls are in seventh. And the Harrison boys are in fifth place with the girls in ninth.

Baseball

Ridgeland at Allatoona, 5:55 p.m.

Boys Golf

Allatoona, North Cobb and Harrison will compete in the Cobb County Invitational at the Marietta City Club, 4 p.m.

Track

Allatoona, North Cobb and Harrison will compete in the conclusion of the Cobb County Championships at Marietta High School, 5 p.m. Β 

Girls Tennis

North Paulding at Allatoona, 4:30 p.m.

Harrison at Westminster, 4:30 p.m.

Boys Tennis

Harrison at Westminster, 4:30 p.m.

Allatoona at North Paulding, 4:30 p.m.

Boys Lacrosse

North Cobb at Woodstock, 6:30 p.m.

South Cobb at Harrison, 6 p.m.
