Details of Acworth Pro Wakeboard Tour Released

It will be held May 17-18.

The Pro Wakeboard Tour makes its return to Dallas Landing Park in Acworth, Georgia on Friday, May 17 and Saturday, May 18.

On Friday, the event begins around 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. The Main Event will take place on Saturday from noon to 7 p.m.

The MasterCraft Pro Wakeboard Tour presented by Rockstar Energy Drink is a two-day event of water-sports action.

Not all the action takes place on the water. 

On land, fans will experience tons of great food and music; athlete autograph signings; chances to win free stuff; and shopping at the most cutting-edge stores for water-sports equipment including boats, wakeboards, wakeskates, sunglasses and the latest in wakeboarding and surfing fashions. The event will be televised nationally on the Versus Network, bringing riders to our city from all over the world, and has a significant economic impact on our community. This family oriented event and will provide a fun filled day of sun, surf and excitement for all who attend.

Immediately following the Pro Wakeboard Tour at Dallas Landing will be the Pro Wakeboard Block Party on Senator Russell Avenue in Acworth. The event will begin at 7 p.m. and continue until 11 p.m. There will be live music and entertainment throughout the evening.

Tickets will also be available for purchase on event dates at Dallas Landing Park: $13 for ages 13 and older, $5 for ages six to twelve, and ages five and under are admitted free. Tickets can also be purchased in advance at www.prowakeboardtour.com.
