Allatoona will play host tonight in the second round of the GHSA AAA State Football Playoffs.
Mary Persons (9-2) at Allatoona (11-0) – As it’s been in the regular season, running back Miles Jones carried the Buccaneers to victory in the first round of the playoffs, literally and figuratively, with 256 yards last week against Franklin County. is the No. 1 seed from Region 7-AAA, and ranked fifth in the state while Mary Parsons is the No. 3 seed from Region 2-AAA. Kickoff is at 7:30 p.m. tonight at Buccaneer Stadium.
