Register for Acworth Youth Basketball

T Youth Basketball registration is now underway. The league is open to all children between the ages of 5 and 14.

The children are divided into three groups:

• Co-ed: 5 and 6
• Boys: 7 and 8; 9 and 10; 11 and 12, and 13 and 14
• Girls: 3rd-5th Grade and 6th-8th Grade

The co-ed division fee is $105 for City of Acworth residents and $125 for non-residents. All other divisions cost $155 for City of Acworth residents and $175 for non-residents

Register before Sept. 14 and receive a $10 discount. All divisions are open until the maximum number of participants per age group has been met. Registrations received after 5 p.m. on Oct. 22 will be charged a $20 late registration fee.

Fees include team jerseys and shorts. Skills assessments will be held Saturday, Oct. 20 and Sunday, Oct. 21. Practices start the week of Nov. 5. Games are played on Saturdays through mid-January, then one night per week through the end of the season, which closes in early February. The first game will be on Saturday, Dec. 1.
