I ordered almost $600 of products from this company for my Veterinary Hospital. After a fire marshal's inspection, I was ordered to remove the light panels. For pet safety and county requirements, I complied with the order. I had ordered the products in good faith during the construction phase of my facility, and returned the products accordingly. However, I did NOT receive a credit. I only received hostility and rudeness! The company stated they do not accept returns. How can you ethically charge a client for goods they do not possess? I mailed the light panels back via Fed Ex and they acknowledged receipt of the products. Their customer service was extremely unprofessional. The office manager was combative from the moment I called. I recommend finding an alternative vendor for these products after my experience.
