Acworth Throwing a 'Dickens of a Christmas'
Holiday event on Main Street is Saturday, Dec. 14.

The City of Acworth would like to invite you to experience the true spirit of Christmas in our Historic Downtown.
On Saturday, Dec. 14, come enjoy a Victorian celebration and have a Dickens of a Christmas, Y’all! Have your picture taken with Father Christmas at the Depot on Main St. from 1 to 6 p.m.

Enjoy live music and strolling carolers throughout the day. Come meet costumed characters from A Christmas Carol and you might even meet Charles Dickens himself. Take a carriage ride through the historic streets of Downtown Acworth while shopping at the downtown shops and feasting at the local restaurants.
Finish the day by taking a caroling stroll with the Ghost of Christmas present, starting at 6:30 p.m. at the Depot on Main Street.
