Pumpkinvine Golf Club is a hidden treasure in Acworth. Serene, undulating fairways drift into the distance from the back deck of the clubhouse, which is typically unmanned and locked. Green fees are paid in cash on the course itself, but the nine holes of the course are open for play whenever daylight and weather allow. Bag caddies are available but carts are not, and you'll want to bring your own food and beverages if you think you'll get hungry during your round. Pumpkinvine Golf Club is the perfect place for new golfers and casual players to hone their skills.

Playing this country style short course is "relaxing". Two Par3's, six Par4's, onePar 5 are tucked 2 miles west of 41 alongside Pumpkinvine Creek.

To me....uninterrupted walks where I casually refine using my irons/woods.
A test-track where amateurs like me continually return to enjoy the game.

Here's 9 holes....LEVEL fairways....GENEROUS landing areas....SIZEABLE
greens....AVAILABLE pull carts....NO tee times. What's more, owner Tom
Hamilton has kept his course constantly mowed, carefully maintained,
consistantly ready all-year-round.

Get this....it's noteworthy for nearly A-Buck-A-Hole. That's right: $10 on
weekdays, $12 on weekends. Halve your fee for nine more anytime.

Beginners, families, amateurs can enjoy Tom's layout at whatever pace
you choose. And as my grandfather Leo -- who taught me to play -- told
me: "....you'll find a place where you will SAVOR playing golf". I have.
