Henry Chandler, Neighbor

Chef Henry Chandler was born in Natchitoches, Louisiana. It was there that he learned to cook at the elbows of his nanny, Castell. Henry<b> </b>received his French Culinary Arts certification from the City &amp; Guilds of London Institute, England in 1992. He became Sous Chef at <i>Tom Tom a bistro</i> in Atlanta and then Head Chef of <i>Vince et Christo&#39;s</i> in Marietta before opening <i>Henry&#39;s Louisiana Grill</i> in August, 2000, and then <i>Henry&#39;s Uptown</i>. In fall of 2010, Chef Henry was named ABC Nightline People&#39;s Platelist Chef in a competition for the best local chef in America. He and his family; Claudia, Danielle and Liam enjoy life in Acworth.
