I help people buy homes. Why would anyone EVER represent themselves, and try to negotiate their own deal when the SELLER of the house, is willing to pay for the BUYERS legal representation? I do not mean a lawyer, I mean a legally binding agreement between a buyer and a Realtor, that says the Realtor will represent ONLY the Buyers interest in the purchase. Negotiation and Protection.
