Inbound Customer Service Agent
Transcom North America is looking for Inbound Customer Serivce Agens to be part of its Virtual Call Center Customer Service Team. As an at-home professional, you will be receiving inbound calls from customers needing assistance with their account as well as handling tech support issues.
The ideal candidate is required to:

- have a desktop computer and internet access via DSL or cable modem;
- be willing and able to work between 35 to 40 hours a week and have a flexible work schedule;
- have prior customer service experience;
- have a quiet work environment without any conflicting responsibilities during your scheduled work shift;
- Pass a criminal background check.
