3. Happening. Fourth Annual Covering the Bases: The will be Covering the Bases to raise money for the special needs and the . The event will start 7 a.m., Sept. 24 and last till 7 a.m. the next day on Sept. 25.

Covering the Bases helps Horizon League participants to get their own sponsors who will donate money. The more people walking and running, the more money the police department will raise. All donations and money raised will go directly to the Special Needs Development Group Inc., a non-profit public charity under Β§501(c) (3) of the Internal revenue code, and are tax deductible.
