Are You A Blue-Blooded Democrat?

We're seeking loyal Democrats to participate in "Blue Georgia," a political survey Patch is conducting during this election year.

We're excited to announce "Blue Georgia," the latest in a series of political surveys launched in Patch towns across the country.

We are looking for current and former Democratic officials, activists and everyday citizens who are politically knowledgeable and involved in their communities—people whose opinion would be considered valuable and would be trusted by their neighbors.

"Blue Georgia" surveys will focus on issues that matter to Democrats in Acworth, the Metro Atlanta area and Georgia issues leading up to Election 2012.

Taking part is a way for you to have a voice in the political discussion during this important election year. We promise these surveys will be short and that we won’t flood your ‘in’ box with lots of emails.

If you agree to participate, we'll e-mail you a question and your response will be mixed in with other survey respondents to help Georgia get a clearer view of an issue of importance. We'll include your name on our public roster of participants, but your answers will always be anonymous.

If you'd like to participate, contact Acworth Patch editor Angela Chao via e-mail at angela.chao@patch.com by July 9. That's all you have to do, and we'll get you set up.

Thank you for your time and insight. We'll be reaching out with the first survey soon!

And if you're a Republican, don't despair. If you're interested, please send us an e-mail and we'll get you signed up for "Red Georgia," a similar project. The recruiting for Red Georgia was completed last week, but we're always open to more participants!
